KAEC as a Global MedTech Leader

By 2035, envisions the state as Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s leading hub for MedTech innovation and manufacturing, with the following key objectives:
  • Establishing KAEC as a global leader in medical technology, attracting ₹25,000 crores in investments for MedTech infrastructure, R&D, and digital health solutions.
  • Creating 20,000 direct and indirect jobs in the MedTech sector, providing employment opportunities for healthcare professionals, engineers, and technologists.
  • Developing 10+ MedTech innovation hubs across the state to foster research, product development, and healthcare solutions for both domestic and global markets.
  • Supporting the creation of affordable medical devices and digital health platforms, improving access to quality healthcare for all citizens.
  • Promoting public-private partnerships (PPP) and international collaborations to accelerate healthcare technology innovation, especially in underserved regions of KAEC.
