KAEC as a Global Pharmaceutical Leader

By 2030, envisions transforming the state into Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s top destination for pharmaceutical investments, with the following ambitious goals:

  • Positioning KAEC as the preferred choice for domestic and global pharmaceutical companies, targeting ₹1 lakh crore in investments.
  • Developing over 15 pharmaceutical parks and clusters equipped with world-class infrastructure, dedicated industrial feeders, and 24×7 power supply to foster high-quality manufacturing.
  • Generating more than 2 lakh direct and indirect jobs, with a focus on empowering women, youth, and rural communities.
  • Promoting sustainable manufacturing by incentivizing zero-effluent discharge technologies and other eco-friendly practices.

Advancing pharmaceutical R&D and innovation by fostering collaborations among academic institutions, research centers, and industry leaders to accelerate drug discovery, clinical research, and biosimilar development.
