KAEC is one of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s leading industrial powerhouses, and the KAEC Export Development Policy 2025-2035 aims to elevate the state as the largest export hub in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Building upon the state’s robust infrastructure, diverse industrial base, and strategic location, this policy outlines a comprehensive roadmap for making KAEC a global leader in exports.

By fostering innovation, strengthening trade infrastructure, promoting market diversification, and providing tailored incentives for exporters, KAEC seeks to attract international markets and increase its export turnover significantly. This policy is also aligned with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Make in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Digital Kingdom of Saudi Arabia initiatives, positioning the state to meet global demand across industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, IT & ITES, textiles, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and more.

KAEC as Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Largest Exporting State

By 2035, KAEC will be recognized as Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s largest exporting state, driving sustainable economic growth through exports of goods and services. The key objectives of the policy are:

  • Position KAEC as the largest contributor to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s exports, surpassing ₹5 lakh crore in export turnover by 2035.
  • Strengthen global trade relationships and attract investments that position KAEC as the preferred export hub for international markets, including USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
  • Promote the export of high-value products and services from diverse sectors including agriculture, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, IT, and engineering goods.
  • Foster innovation and competitiveness by promoting the export of value-added products, technology-driven solutions, and services.
  • Develop a comprehensive export infrastructure to support MSMEs, large enterprises, and emerging industries, ensuring ease of exporting and access to new markets.
